Green PVC Coated Wire Mesh is a high-performance outdoor protective mesh product, made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire through precision welding, and then coated with environmentally friendly green PVC plastic by high-temperature dipping process. Green PVC Coated Wire Mesh combines the strength and toughness of metal wire with the corrosion resistance, UV resistance and aesthetic performance of PVC coating. It is supplied in rolls, which is convenient for transportation, installation and cutting, and is widely used in gardens, breeding, agriculture, construction, municipal and other fields.

- Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Double protection of inner galvanized layer + outer PVC coating, resistant to rain, moisture, salt spray, acid and alkali, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
- Aesthetic and Natural: Green color integrates perfectly with plants, lawns and natural environments, without harsh industrial sense.
- Firm and Durable: Precise welding, firm welding points, not easy to break or deform; PVC coating is not easy to crack, peel or fade.
- Easy to Install and Cut: Light weight, flexible, easy to unfold, cut and fix, no professional construction experience required.
- Environmentally Friendly and Safe: Non-toxic, odorless, no heavy metals, safe for human, animal and plant contact.
- Low Maintenance Cost: No need for painting or frequent maintenance, service life can reach 8-15 years outdoors.

Before using Green PVC Coated Wire Mesh, you need to prepare the relevant tools, such as wire cutters, tape measure, posts, cable ties, U-shaped nails, fence nails, self-tapping screws, metal clips, gloves, electric drill, and level.

Clean the installation area, remove weeds, stones, debris and other obstacles to ensure the ground is flat.

Use a measuring tape to measure the length and width of the installation area, confirm the required mesh length and width, and mark the position of the posts.

Unpack the mesh roll, check whether the mesh is intact, whether the PVC coating has peeling, bubbles, bare spots and other defects, and confirm that the specifications are consistent with the order.

When installing Green PVC Coated Wire Mesh, gloves should be worn to avoid cuts to the hands from the cut edges and solder joints.Do not unfold the mesh roll violently to avoid damaging the PVC coating and welding points.Keep sharp tools away from children and pets,For outdoor installation in bad weather, please postpone the operation to ensure safety.

According to the marked position, install the posts one by one. For wooden/metal posts, insert them into the ground 30-50cm deep to ensure stability; for plastic posts, fix them with expansion screws or concrete.Use a level to check the verticality of each post, adjust in time if it is inclined, to avoid affecting the subsequent mesh fixing and overall appearance. After the posts are fixed, wait for the concrete to solidify completely before proceeding to the next step.

Move the Green PVC Coated Wire Mesh to one end of the installation area and lay it flat on the ground along the direction of the post. Slowly unroll the mesh roll along the marked line, gently pulling it taut to make the mesh flat. Do not use excessive force to avoid stretching, deformation, or breakage of the mesh. During the unrolling process, check the mesh surface frequently and adjust it promptly if any wrinkles are found to ensure that the mesh is flat and neat.

After the mesh is roughly fixed, measure the excess length according to the installation area, and mark the cutting position with a pen.Put on gloves, hold the wire cutters, and cut along the marked line. When cutting, keep the cut edge straight to avoid uneven edges. After cutting, check the cut edge. If there are sharp points, use pliers to flatten them slightly; if the PVC coating is damaged, apply a small amount of PVC glue to seal it to prevent rust.
