When installing galvanized fencing net, attention should be paid to positioning preparation, secure fixing, and ensuring the mesh surface is flat. Installation should be carried out according to the terrain, fence type, and usage scenario, and can be followed as follows:
Column fixing
Two methods can be chosen for fixing the columns: pre-embedded fixing and expansion bolt fixing. For pre-embedded fixing, dig an excavation 3-4 times the column diameter to a depth of 500-800mm. Place the steel pipe in the center and use a level to check for verticality. For temporary use, wooden sticks or stones can be used for support. Alternatively, mark the screw holes on the column base, drill holes on the surface with an impact drill, 10-20mm deeper than the length of the expansion bolt, insert the expansion bolts into the drilled holes, and tighten the nuts with a wrench, ensuring the flange is firmly attached to the ground without any looseness.
Mesh cutting
The length of the galvanized fence mesh needs to be 1-2cm shorter than the spacing between the posts. Use a cutting machine to cut it. Take protective measures during cutting to avoid skin scratches. At this time, we need to check the zinc coating to ensure that it is not damaged. If there is any damage, apply anti-rust paint in time. If the installation area is on a slope, it needs to be cut according to the angle to ensure that the mesh is in close contact with the ground and avoids suspension.
