Welding process

After multiple wire drawing to reach the specified diameter, the wire is welded using a fully automatic CNC resistance welding machine. The surface of the mesh is flat and the aperture tolerance is ≤±0.3mm. After welding, the mesh is pickled, degreased, and phosphated, and then dried at a high temperature of 120℃ to lay the foundation for the firmness of the plastic coating. Every step in the production process is very important, and product quality must be ensured from the source.

Dip Coating

The mesh is fully immersed in the molten PVC coating liquid , and the coating thickness is controlled at 0.2-1.0mm through precise speed adjustment. Using electrostatic adsorption principle, the PVC powder is evenly adsorbed on the surface of the mesh, then cured at 200-220℃ to form a thin and smooth coating , which has the advantages of beautiful appearance and low cost, suitable for indoor and low-corrosion scenarios.​The process must be followed correctly and cannot be reversed.

Post-Treatment

This is the final process before the wire mesh plastic coated leaves the factory. With a responsible attitude towards our customers, we pay attention to every detail.

The coated mesh is cooled, trimmed, and deburred to ensure the edges are smooth and free of burrs, avoiding scratches during installation and use.
